The IT Assistant assists the Network Administrator in the oversight of the Bank’s information systems including the planning, organizing, and supporting of the Bank’s computer network, hardware, software, and related equipment such as servers, routers, switches, and firewalls, in addition to assisting employees with computer related issues.
Knowledge of, and experience with, computer systems, hardware, software applications, and excellent troubleshooting skills are a must. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Experience with banking systems is a plus.
